Those who wish to enjoy a wonderful start to 2017, overflowing with fun and mouthwatering food, can ring in the New Year with their loved ones at IZAKA Restaurant. During the evening, PINAR HATİPOĞLU & the ORCHESTRA will perform Turkish and foreign language songs, offering IZAKA Restaurant’s guests a unique musical feast to accompany the delicious and unforgettable New Year’s menu prepared by CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel’s experienced Executive Chef Eyüp Çevik.
Located at the top floor of CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel, IZAKA Restaurant boasts Istanbul’s biggest Bosphorus-view terrace suiting all climates. IZAKA will fascinate you with its New Year’s Eve celebration, which will kick off with a Gala Dinner. PINAR HATİPOĞLU & the ORCHESTRA will take the stage later in the evening to perform their wide repertoire including Turkish and foreign songs. A Feast-Like New Year’s Eve!
IZAKA’s special New Year’s Eve menu including many delicious dishes will first offer a chestnut soup flavored with chocolate tea. The soup will be followed by a seafood platter, which will include a salmon cake with roasted bell peppers served with salmon gravlax, avocado salsa with cashew nuts, salmon caviar, and Trabzon date sauce. The feast will continue with the taste of the night: stuffed artichokes. Filled with goat’s cheese and dried tomatoes, the stuffed artichokes are covered with potatoes and served with saffron artichoke sauce. We offer you two options for the main course. You can have either turkey rolls with fresh herbs or oven roasted veal fillet according to your taste. In addition, petits fours, a lebkuchen mus served in a chocolate sphere, and blue poppy seed ice cream with Amaretto, raspberry and blueberry sauce will help you start the New Year with sweet memories.
IZAKA Restaurant, which will include a special New Year’s Eve theme, will also offer a game and activity area for children so that you can welcome the New Year with all your loved ones.
The evening will start with a welcoming cocktail party at 8pm and costs 390TL per person.
You can also opt for the open buffet children’s menu, which is 125TL per person for children under 12.
